Job DescriptionLunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Mixer/Oven Operator to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $24.00-$27.00/hr.
We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 1:00pm - 9:00pm.
MIXER/OVEN OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIESOur Mixer/Oven Operators are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
- Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions
- Dependable – comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner
- Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
