Apex International is seeking a 1st Shift Production Set Up Technician in Eden Prairie to support packaging operations on high-speed lines. The role runs Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM with overtime as needed.
The incumbent will disassemble, set up, and program equipment, coordinate changeovers, and ensure sanitation and GMP standards are followed while maintaining a clean, organized parts room and supporting lean initiatives.
