Overnight Bakery Line Helper

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Overnight Bakery Line Helper to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $20.00-$23.00/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 12:00am-8:00pm.

Our Bakery Line Helpers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Full range of bakery activities including applying base icing, wrapping products, and packaging orders
• Ensuring productive workflow
• Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
• Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions
• Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner
• Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers

• Maunfacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
• Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
