Bruker is seeking a Value Stream Lead for our Eden Prairie, MN location to oversee the Hysitron Nano Indentation product line. The role is hands-on, including assembly, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting, and requires mentoring a small team to maintain quality and on-time delivery.
You will coordinate with Engineering to introduce new products and implement process improvements, manage materials flow, and monitor performance metrics to meet production commitments and safety standards.
