CNC Programmer And Set Up Operator Overview: This role involves programming CNC machines and being able to work independently in a production environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving machine, program, or tooling issues, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality. $35-$40/hour (Eden Prairie, MN)

CNC Programmer And Set Up Operator Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm

CNC Programmer And Set Up Operator Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CNC programming and setup in a production environment.
• Deep experience with CNC machines (specifically Ganesh and Genturn).
• Proven experience with Mitsubishi M80 control and Syntec control systems.
• Experience using Esprit CAM Software for post-processing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, speeds & feeds, materials, and cutting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting ability, and sharp attention to detail.

CNC Programmer And Set Up Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Programming & Setup: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machine, program, or tooling issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate setup sheets, tooling lists, and machine program records.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $35 - $40 Per Hour
