Growth Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS; SMB

Location: Hadapsar, Pune, India (Hybrid)
Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm IST Mon to Fri
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary: ₹8L to ₹14L CTC

You will own and execute our multi-channel growth engine for the global market. We have a documented channel strategy covering paid search, paid social, newsletters and publications, You Tube creator collaborations, affiliate partnerships, content placements, email marketing, cold outreach, and community channels.

Your job will be to run it, measure it, kill what does not work, and scale what does.

This is a hands-on operator role, not an agency management or team leadership role on day one. You will write the emails, set up the campaigns, negotiate the sponsor ships, and read the dashboards yourself.

As the function grows and proves out, this role has a clear path to Growth Lead / Head of Marketing, with budget and team to match.

Organic search and AEO

• Own on-page optimization across our money pages: landing pages, comparison pages, blog etc

• Run link building outreach for link insertions, listicle placements and guest posts

• Build brand mentions and citations that improve our visibility in AI answers

• Track search and LLM performance in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console etc.

Paid acquisition

• Run and optimize our Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and Linked In campaigns

• Own landing page conversion: copy tests, layout experiments, funnel analysis

• Manage retargeting audiences across platforms

Partnerships and placements

• Book and manage sponsor ships across newsletters, publications, and podcasts in our niche

• Source, negotiate, and manage You Tube creator collaborations and sponsored tutorials

• Run outreach to get WANotifier featured in listicles and comparison articles

• Launch and grow our affiliate program: recruit affiliates, ship marketing kits, track performance

Owned channels

• Write and ship our email newsletter covering product and Whats App ecosystem updates

• Run cold email outreach campaigns to target segments using technographic lead data

• Support the founder's Linked In content strategy

Measurement

• Own UTM discipline, attribution reporting, and channel-level CAC tracking

• Run monthly kill-or-scale reviews on every paid channel

• Track leading indicators: branded search, review velocity, share of voice in AI answers

• 3 to 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing

• Hands-on ownership experience of two or more marketing channels (organic and paid media preferred)

• Strong written English. You will write ads, emails, landing page content etc. If you cannot write, this role will not work

• Demonstrated CAC or ROAS accountability: you have been measured on numbers, not activities

• Comfortable with analytics: GA4, UTM tracking, funnel analysis, basic spreadsheet modeling

• Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily workflow. We are an AI-native team and expect you to multiply your output with these tools

• Self-directed. You will get strategy and context from the founder, not daily task lists

• Experience marketing to global SMB audiences

• Familiarity with the Word Press / Woo Commerce ecosystem

• Experience running affiliate or partner programs

• Cold email infrastructure experience (domain warm-up, sequencing tools, deliverability)

• Experience with newsletter sponsor ships or influencer/creator deals

• Own the entire growth function of a profitable, growing, pre-seed funded SaaS

• Real budget from day one, with authority to reallocate based on what the data shows

• Build 2nd in line team under you once we start seeing success in particular channels

• Work directly with the founder who has already built the strategy, the funnel, and the tracking. You execute and improve, not start from zero
