This position is open to candidates in Zinpro's global footprint with the ability to work remotely. This role includes 25% travels, as outlined in the job requirements.

The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

The Global Marketing Director is a strategic, customer-focused and forward-thinking leader who anticipates customer needs, industry trends and market opportunities to position Zinpro for long-term growth and market leadership. This role leads the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen Zinpro’s brand leadership, accelerate commercialization efforts and create lasting value for customers. As steward of the Zinpro brand, this leader ensures a consistent, compelling global value proposition that differentiates the company, deepens customer engagement and reinforces Zinpro’s reputation as the trusted leader in performance trace mineral nutritional solutions.

This role drives organizational effectiveness through strong strategic planning, disciplined execution, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement. The Global Marketing Director evaluates emerging technologies and evolving marketing practices to enhance business performance while ensuring marketing investments, capabilities and resources support Zinpro's growth objectives.

Essential Functions

Brand Leadership and Corporate Reputation

• Lead the development and stewardship of the Zinpro brand globally, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and market presence across all regions and customer touchpoints.
• Strengthening Zinpro's reputation as a trusted industry leader through strategic communication, thought leadership, customer engagement, and market influence.
• Position Zinpro as an innovative thought leader by communicating insights on emerging industry trends, technology advancements, sustainability initiatives, and future-focused customer solutions.
• Lead the development and application of customer insights, segmentation strategies and market intelligence to guide business decisions, marketing investments, and innovation priorities.
• Champion customer experience across marketing touchpoints to strengthen engagement, loyalty and advocacy.
• Partner with business leaders to identify new and innovative opportunities to tell Zinpro's story and communicate its unique value proposition.
