A community church in Eden Prairie seeks a Grace Kids Early Childhood Manager to lead its ministry for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Responsibilities include overseeing programming, recruiting and mentoring volunteers, and fostering relationships with families. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an ability to shepherd a team while executing the church's vision.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $55,000/year.
