Part Time Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The One Less Ministry Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of the One Less Ministry by supporting programs, events, volunteers, and administrative processes to ensure ministry programs and events run smoothly and effectively.
The One Less Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Support One Less groups and weekly programs by coordinating logistics, including managing CCB groups, registration forms, process queues, and room reservations.
• Support One Less events, including One Less Expo, Love Lived Out, Royal Family Kids Camp, Stop the Trafficking 5K, and respite nights, by coordinating logistics.
• Maintain the One Less ministry calendar and collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to support event promotion, including website updates and merchandise needs.
• Oversee the volunteer process, including managing volunteer inquiries and requests through CCB and coordinating volunteer communications.
• Track and monitor One Less ministry budget expenditures.
• Track ministry goals and key metrics, including event and group attendance and volunteer engagement.
• Manage the One Less office space, storage areas, and ministry supplies to ensure a welcoming, hospitable environment for guests.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Education required:
  
  Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Experience preferred: 2+ years’ experience in project or event management.
• Passion and interest in One Less ministries specifically related to children-at-risk; shown through serving, education or leadership.
• Strong project management and written communication skills, with a track record of managing multiple events and projects.
• Independent, self-starter, task-oriented with ability to problem solve.
• Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
• Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20).
• Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations.
• Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church.
