• Competitive Pay: $150K+ per year
• All travel & multi-state licensing expenses covered

• Travel to various states as needed to provide advanced wound care
• Deliver expert in-home patient care
• Independently perform history and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic & non-pharmacologic treatments
• Ensure compliance with Mendota Health policies, state regulations, and federal standards
• Maintain documentation within 24 hours of visits

• NP or PA license (Required)
• 1+ years of wound care experience (Preferred)
• Background in adult, family, or geriatric care (Preferred)
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
