Regulatory Adherence Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support a Pharmacy Licensing team. In this role, you will assist with obtaining and maintaining pharmacy licensure, supporting regulatory projects, ensuring compliance, and partnering with internal teams to meet licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support the review and processing of pharmacy license applications

+ Maintain accurate licensing records and tracking tools

+ Assist with regulatory research, filings, and implementation activities

+ Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance initiatives

+ Collaborate with internal business partners and regulatory agencies

+ Prepare documentation, communications, and job aids to support decision-making

+ Identify compliance risks and appropriately escalate concerns

+ Support project tracking and help drive timely completion of licensing initiatives

+ Provide operational and administrative support to the licensing team

+ Requirements

Qualifications

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+

Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar software

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities

+ Experience working in regulatory, compliance, licensing, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
