AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always rocks AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise is in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keeping the store "guest ready" through replenishment. You bring keen attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and teamwork to get the job done. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, spotting merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership.
• Champion teamwork by ensuring the merchandising team follows AEO Brand Standards, adjustments, and replenishment procedures.
• Prioritize guest experience, celebrate wins, and cultivate a culture of recognition.
• Maintain store safety, shrink‑reducing initiatives, and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization, attention to detail, and excel at priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability, meeting product‑moving schedules early, late, and on weekends.
• You possess strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
