Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, and ensuring safe daily operations.;
Lead and develop associates through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance management; manage staffing and scheduling.;
Oversee the pet parent experience and store environment to deliver exceptional service and maintain store standards.;
Manage store profitability, including budgeting, labor, and inventory control; analyze reports and implement improvement plans.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership team on community events and partnerships; ensure compliance with policies and code of ethics.
