The Associate Territory Manager position offers an accelerated track for an exciting medical device career with Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT). This 24-36 month comprehensive program will immerse participants in an environment that focuses on building strong customer relationships, selling, teaching, clinical support and preparing individuals for a role within the BMT field sales organization.
Ideally, candidates will live in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area or surrounding suburbs. The program includes a combination of training designed to: develop strong medical device knowledge within the Cardiovascular space; build sales, clinical and technical skills; develop a deep understanding of ACIST products; learn account and relationship management.
The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Support sales team in assigned geography to drive BMT revenue and assist in achieving overall sales goals and objectives
- Assist with account management, including case coverage, inventory control, product in-servicing, installations and training, gather procedure data, customer service and support
- Provide thorough product knowledge and demonstrate proper use of ACIST products to physicians and staff
- Conduct sales presentations, competitive research and analysis
- Provide support to assigned territories as well as outside territory support, as needed
Minimum
- Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Medical Device college (preferred)
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular organizations (internships, work, athletics, volunteerism, clubs or associations)
- Up to 2 years proven sales experience
- Experience developing presentations to various audience levels
- Leads with integrity; confident and competitive
- Personable, energetic and responsive
- Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced
- Must be willing to relocate within the US as opportunities and business needs arise
- Ability to travel 75%+ of the time
- Able to lift and manipulate equipment weighing 50#
- Valid driver's license
