• Sales experience in home improvement, real estate, or home inspection is a plus (but not required!).
• Construction knowledge is helpful, but we’ll train you!
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills – you know how to seal the deal!
• Comfortable walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling when needed.
• Valid driver’s license & a safe driving record.
• Tech-savvy – we’ll train you on our systems!
