Job Title
Account Representative – Commercial
The base salary range for this position is $45,100 to $127,400 USD annually.
Responsibilities- Identify net new prospects in the assigned commercial territory.
- Educate prospective customers about the value of Arctic Wolf’s services.
- Partner with channel partners in the region to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach by creating value‑based partnerships.
- Utilize technical aptitude and an understanding of the IT/Security industry.
- Multi‑task in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Consistently achieve quota and move the sales process forward.
- Build rapport with prospective customers, partners, and internal groups.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and best practices.
- Navigate sales cycles that range from days to months.
- 3–6 years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability.
- Experience selling SaaS, security, or services in technology preferred.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Self‑motivated and driven for outstanding results with a focus on quality and the customer.
- Commitment to personal work product, sales development, and career growth.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong oral, written, and social media communication skills.
- Excellent creative, multi‑tasking, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Solid technical aptitude and business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree.
