Retail Sales Associate

Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to hire Retail Sales Associates at its Maple Grove, MN and Eden Prairie locations.

FHH is the world’s largest fireplace distributor and retail dealer in North America, part of Hearth & Home Technologies. We have a team of 400+ experts across 6 regions, 12 states, and 29 branches nationwide.

Pay includes a competitive hourly base rate plus uncapped incentive. Total compensation is disclosed in the listing.

• Meet and exceed sales goals using dynamic sales skills.
• Guide customers through the entire remodel process, from consultation to installation.
• Manage all sales records, including quotes, orders, previews, installations, and startup.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up diligently.
• Become a trusted Hearth Expert through a comprehensive 3‑month training program.
• Collect and process payments and balance daily business.
• Answer showroom phone calls.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and product displays.
• Manage inventory and receive product shipments.
• Assist in training new Retail Sales Representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or marketing preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and limited time off between Labor Day and New Year's.
• Energetic, customer‑focused sales professional.
• Quick learner with strong retention of information.
• Good sense of interior design (preferred).
• Experience in residential construction, building materials, appliance installation, or retail highly desired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
