Job Overview

Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, Eden Prairie, MN. Pay: $18.00 per hour with a maximum of 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday are preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. The role involves demonstrating HP products, engaging with customers, and building relationships with store management and staff to drive sales and brand excitement.

• Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and guide them to displays.
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork accurately and completely.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
