Position: Sales Representatives - Inside & Outside

The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, partners, and internal teams. This is a salary position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the sales process from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Outside Sales, clients, vendors, and operations
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience in construction, building materials, windows & doors, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with quoting systems, ERP systems, or construction software.
Outside Sales Representative Role

The Outside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle, building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities. Compensation is base salary + commission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to close
  • Present products, prepare bids, and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, and key partners
  • Represent the Synergy brand with professionalism and expertise
  • Five years' experience in sales or construction sales is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
