Brand Ambassador & Retail Marketing Representative – Make Impact and Grow

Renewal by Andersen seeks an enthusiastic Retail Marketing Representative (internal title: Trade Show and Event Lead Generator) to help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and create memorable customer experiences at retail and showroom locations in Aurora, IL.

Location: Aurora, IL.
Pay: $17/hr plus performance-based incentive bonus.
Schedule: 18+ hrs per week with at least 4 days a week. Work includes Saturdays & Sunday (mandatory) and two additional week nights.
Shifts: Weeknights 3 pm‑9 pm; weekend events starting early (7 am) and can run until 11 pm.

• Identify and secure high-impact retail and event opportunities to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
• Serve as the face of Renewal by Andersen at retail stores, events, and showrooms.
• Research and confirm event logistics and booth setups.
• Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
• Educate customers on our products and guide them through the appointment-setting process.
• Set up and tear down booth spaces and marketing displays.
• Track marketing efforts and enter data into our CRM system.
• Support the Event & Retail Manager with special projects and showroom coordination.

• Customer service or retail/event marketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking marketing efforts.
