We are a fast-growing, licensed Minnesota general contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both retail homeowners and insurance restoration claims.

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic earnings: $120,000 – $180,000+

• Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, gutters)
• Work retail and insurance restoration projects
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Write estimates and close contracts
• Manage projects from signed agreement through completion
• Maintain your pipeline and follow-up

• This role offers multiple ways to generate income, with door-to-door canvassing as the primary lead source
• Door-to-door canvassing (primary focus)
• Storm-driven demand and targeted neighborhoods
