Sales Trainee Position

We are seeking motivated individuals for an outside sales trainee position. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for college students or graduating class, entry‑level candidates interested in gaining hands‑on experience in customer acquisition, and direct outside sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance‑based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales in assigned residential areas
• Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Present and explain company services to homeowners
• Close sales and manage follow‑ups
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training

• Full/part‑time (20‑40 hours per week)
• Monday‑Friday
• Seasonal summer position
• Top performers will be offered continued employment

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Additional incentives available
• Local candidates of Minnesota (No relocation provided)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
• Be able to climb a roof up to 6/12 pitch
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation required
