Business Development Coord​/Rep

Responsibilities

Foundations Minnesota is seeking an outgoing and hard‑working Business Development Representative to join the BD team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and growing the assigned territory and specific accounts throughout the Twin Cities area. This position is responsible for driving results for their region by engaging both new and existing referral sources. This position does require travel throughout Minnesota, but will be reimbursed for mileage.

This is a salaried, full‑time, benefits‑eligible position at our Eden Prairie Outpatient Treatment Center, with an afternoon/evening schedule Monday through Friday.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
• Must possess a minimum of one year of recent experience in performance driven sales, event planning or business development setting.
• Must have experience in account development and proven ability to close sales.
• Knowledge of addictions, dually diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software).
• Must have a good driving record and be willing to provide annual Motor Vehicle/Driving records.
