Whywe need you
We're growing our Oat Division and are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help accelerate that growth. In this role, you'll lead new customer development across oat-based ingredients, fiber, and other-than-oats (OTO)/blend products, while also ensuring continuity and momentum across existing accounts. Your impact will be felt immediately as you build a strong pipeline, uncover new market opportunities, and turn technically differentiated products into long-term customer partnerships.
Whoyou'll be working with
You'll work closely with a highly collaborative group of internal partners across sales leadership, technical, quality, operations, and commercial teams within the Oat and Fiber businesses. Reporting to the VP of Sales for the Oat Division - and partnering with Fiber leadership - you'll be at the center of cross-functional efforts to deliver customer solutions that are both commercially compelling and operationally sound.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading new customer identification, prospecting, onboarding, and market expansion efforts
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from first contact through long-term partnership
- Owning commercial relationships, including pricing strategy and growth planning
- Identifying new applications, end uses, and market segments for oat, fiber, and OTO/blend products
- Translating market intelligence and customer feedback into actionable commercial insights
What you bring
You bring a strong blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and food or ingredient market experience, enabling you to connect customer needs with the right solutions.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of proven sales and business development experience in food ingredients, agriculture, oats, fiber, or related markets
- Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Technical aptitude with the ability to translate product attributes into customer value
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort working autonomously while partnering cross‑functionally to achieve results
