New Car Sales Manager

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a New Car Sales Manager for our Bloomington Buick GMC store. In this on-site leadership role, you'll guide a high-performing sales team within Walser's one-price, negotiation-free model. You will own new vehicle sales performance, coach and develop sales staff, manage inventory mix and merchandising, and ensure an exceptional, transparent customer experience. You'll partner closely with finance, service, and marketing, resolve escalated customer concerns, and uphold OEM and compliance standards while driving growth and contributing to Walser's customer-first culture.
