• Sales experience required; exterior, construction, or insurance restoration experience strongly preferred
• Commercial roofing sales experience is a bonus

Meet homeowners and perform exterior inspections for:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Windows
• Gutters
• Work in both retail and insurance restoration environments
• Educate homeowners and guide them through the sales and claims process
• Write estimates, follow up, and close sales

• Junior Project Manager: 1–2 years of sales and/or construction experience preferred
• Senior Project Manager: 2 years of exterior and insurance restoration experience required
• Experience with roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or insurance claims is a plus
• Commercial roofing sales experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and lifting up to 40 lbs
