Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing product information and recommendations. The Inside Sales Representative maintains and grows customer accounts, prepares quotes, follows up on proposals, and supports order processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and supporting customer service initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls and converting inquiries into orders.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, resolve issues, and support long-term relationships.
• Lead Generation experience, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential customers.
• Account Management capabilities to manage existing accounts, track activity, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software to manage sales activities and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Eden Prairie, MN, in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, furniture, fixtures, or related industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
