Southwest Region Sales Assistant

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Southwest Region Sales Assistant to support our retail automotive operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate sales activities, maintain accurate CRM and inventory data, and prepare reports for regional leadership. You'll assist with customer follow-up, dealership communications, and promotional events while upholding Walser's one-price, customer-first approach. Responsibilities

• Support Southwest regional sales team with scheduling, documentation, and customer follow-up
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and inventory tracking for leadership
• Coordinate communication between dealerships, regional management, and internal departments
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and local marketing materials
• Maintain accurate CRM records, deal files, and compliance-related documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and route leads to appropriate sales staff
• Track performance metrics and prepare summaries for meetings and reviews
• Support onboarding and training logistics for new sales team members
