Summer Field Representative Internship

Seeking a Summer 2027 Intern!!!

Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to gain hands‑on experience in crop scouting and farm management? Grain Millers, a leader in the grain industry, is looking for enthusiastic Summer Field Representatives to join our team! This paid internship will offer you a unique opportunity to travel across the Midwest, build relationships with producers, and work alongside industry experts. If you're pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field, this role will give you invaluable insights and practical experience in both agribusiness and crop science.

Eden Prairie, MN

Travel Area:
Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin

• Scout and monitor oat and corn crops, providing essential reports to our procurement team.
• Collaborate with our Crop Sciences Team to ensure sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices.
• Travel to farms, collect crop samples, and evaluate crop conditions.
• Build strong relationships with producers, traders, and external partners.
• Represent Grain Millers at trade shows, field days, and agronomic events.

• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Technology, AG Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states and Canada (passport required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Paid travel expenses and company vehicle for fieldwork.
• Flexible hours with opportunities to work Saturdays for time off during the week.
• Exposure to educational opportunities within agronomy, procurement, and regenerative agriculture.
