Security Officer Driver - Shopping Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and retail staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols at the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor activity across the location and document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in accordance with post orders and reporting procedures.;
Assist with crowd flow, store opening and closing activities, and policy enforcement while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions to guests and/or staff.
