Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with badge/check-in procedures;
Report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate contacts
