Position: Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol, Eden Prairie, MN. You will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. At a busy retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thu: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities throughout the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout stores, common areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns; document security-related incidents according to post orders.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
