POSITION: Maintenance (Day, Licensed)

LOCATION: Eden Prairie High School

RATE OF PAY: $33.50

HOURS PER DAY: 8

START & ENDING TIME: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR: 260

PAID HOLIDAYS: 11

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 yr. post-secondary training in building trades preferred.
• 1st Class C Boilers license or ability to obtain within probationary period.
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class B boiler license within the 16 month allowance.
• Ability to obtain bus driver's license by end of probationary period.
• Three years' experience in maintenance or equivalent in building service in other institutions/firms.
• Expertise in techniques of electrical repair, carpentry, and heating systems.
• Ability to comprehend all operating instructions, blueprints, and written reports.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities, manage and supervise multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet the public & communicate with students.

REQUIRED:
