At GOAT Handyman, our Craftsmen play a vital role in providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our valued clients. We understand that the best Craftsmen prefer to focus on their craft rather than administrative tasks. That's why we've developed proprietary systems and processes to support our Craftsmen and ensure they can concentrate on the work they enjoy most.

A typical day involves tackling a variety of handyman projects - from hanging televisions to performing general repairs and maintenance, you will work independently, utilizing your skills and creativity to efficiently complete a diverse range of projects. Our goal is to provide the best Craftsmen with the resources and support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or trades
• A valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• A reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, van, or SUV)
• Ownership of basic tools necessary for general maintenance, repairs, and handyman projects
• Ability to climb ladders
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds without assistance
• Must reside within 30 miles of Eden Prairie, MN
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendors
• Punctual, efficient, and committed to exceeding customer expectations
• MOST IMPORTANTLY - Must commit to being the GREATEST OF ALL TIME (GOAT Handyman)

• Professional trades licenses
• Leadership experience
• Experience managing maintenance teams and/or trades professionals

• Salary range of $27 - $35 per hour (+ bonuses)
