The Maintenance Team (TMT) Building Technicians are members of the finest commercial maintenance team in the Twin Cities, working together in pursuit of our mission to provide first class Support, Service and Solutions to commercial building owners enhancing their maintenance to their tenants and customers. • Plumbing repairs and installation.
• General Maintenance repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Flooring repairs and installation.
• Staining, varnishing, and painting.
• Time clocks adjustment.
• Fire/Security Alarm functions.
• Commercial HVAC troubleshooting and programming.
• Preventative Maintenance execution and development.
• Requisition & purchase materials.
• Ability to proficiently use mobile devices.
• Communicate site issues with Operation Support Coordinator(s) and Account/Property Managers.

• A minimum of 3-years’ experience in building maintenance/engineer.
• Must own and safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• State of Minnesota Boilers License - Second Class B or higher
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
