Travel to multiple commercial properties within roughly a one-hour radius of the Twin Cities to perform building maintenance and repair work;
Conduct regular building inspection rounds and meter readings;
Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, hanging pictures, installing blinds, and assembling workstations;
Troubleshoot HVAC and electrical issues and utilize building automation systems;
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure outsourced work is completed safely and to quality standards
