Job Overview

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is hiring entry‑level and experienced Water Restoration Technicians to handle new and ongoing water damage claims with integrity and excellence. The role requires response to emergency claims, initial job‑site inspections, securing jobs, and performing structural drying per IICRC standards.

• Respond to emergency water damage claims promptly.
• Conduct initial job‑site inspections.
• Secure work sites quickly and safely.
• Perform structural drying according to IICRC standards.
• Maintain primary contact with residential and commercial customers.
• Travel within the assigned territory using a company‑owned vehicle.

• Reliable and customer‑oriented.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Certifications such as IICRC, WRT/ASD considered a plus but not required.

First‑year earning potential: $40,000–$65,000 per year.
