Overview

Life Stance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient mental health care, including medication management and therapy, across multiple clinics in Minnesota.

• Full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) positions
• 100% outpatient work – no nights, weekends, or hospital calls
• Hybrid work model
• Unlimited or uncapped earnings; compensation range $170,000–$230,000 annually (full-time) or $183k–$278k based on productivity (part-time)

• Fully licensed in Minnesota and unencumbered DEA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in both medication management and therapy
