Software Engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activities across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps. These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* 3+ years of experience with front-end web technologies such as React, JavaScript, Type Script, and/or Node.js+ years of experience designing and developing back-end services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

* 3+ years of experience working on large-scale, high-throughput, or distributed applications, taking ownership of key components or services

* 2+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack engineering, contributing meaningful design and implementation across both front-end and back-end layers

* 2+ years of experience contributing to Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and containerization (e.g., Docker)

* 1+ years of experience participating in and influencing system design, architecture discussions, and delivery planning, working closely with senior engineers and architects

* 1+ years of experience demonstrating ability to identify technical improvements, refactor legacy components, and apply modern engineering practices to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability

* 1+ years of experience using communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts, review peers' code and designs, and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Azure cloud services, including computer, networking, security, and resiliency concepts

* Experience supporting or contributing to mobile application backends or cross-platform systems

* Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and technical guidance

* Familiarity with observability practices, including logging, metrics, and alerting for production systems

* Hands-on or practical exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or orchestration platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
