Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our client is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

• Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to specifications
• Unload delivery vehicles and move items to appropriate areas within the warehouse
• Inspect shipments for damage and verify items against freight bills or records
• Maintain accurate records of all received and shipped items
• Handle basic shipping and receiving tasks under supervision

• 1 to 3 years of shipping experience, preferably with Fed Ex and UPS portals
• Basic computer skills including Internet, Excel, and email
• Experience with third-party shipping software
• Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience not necessary
• Standard safety shoes required

• Onsite role with consistent shift hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with slight flexibility
