The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent Tire Hub professionally in all customer interactions, maintain safe driving practices, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster strong customer relationships.
Compensation & ScheduleThis position has a starting wage of $22.00 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year of employment.
Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

- Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
General Warehousing, Delivery Services, and Vehicle Maintenance. - Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles.
- Follows safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, palletizing, and positioning orders.
- Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Conducts cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
- Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions.
- Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition.
- Conducts pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections daily and reports any operational issues.
- Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensures compliance with all Tire Hub policies and procedures.
- Participates in ongoing training through in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based learning modules.
- Completes other tasks assigned by the supervisor or leadership.
- Optimizes work processes for continuous improvement.
- Manages ambiguity and operates effectively in uncertain situations.

- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving history (excluding a driver’s permit).
- At least 19 years old.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Accurately and efficiently load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Operate a forklift for up to 8 hours per day.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations while safely driving Tire Hub vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
