We are actively hiring Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators (AVOs) to support a cutting-edge self-driving vehicle program. This is NOT a traditional driving job — this is a safety-critical role where your awareness and decision-making matter. Strong candidates are being scheduled immediately — don't wait.
What You'll Do
- Monitor autonomous vehicle performance in real-time
- Take control when needed to ensure safety
- Provide a smooth and professional rider experience
- Log and report vehicle behavior accurately
- Perform daily safety checks and light vehicle upkeep
- Deliver feedback to improve system performance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (STRICT)
- Valid Driver's License (minimum 3+ years)
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Reliable and consistent attendance is REQUIRED
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- High situational awareness and safety mindset
- Comfortable in structured, process-driven environments
- Customer-facing experience is a plus
- Technical/mechanical background is a plus
⏰ Schedule Details
- Operations run 7 days/week
- Part-time = 2–3 shifts/week (5–7 hours per shift)
- Must be open to early mornings, evenings, or weekends
