This part‑time role is for a Customer Service Associate (Entry) at The UPS Store in Ruffin, NC. The Customer Service Associate will handle a variety of duties including managing customer inquiries, providing an excellent customer experience, offering support via phone, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is on‑site, requiring interactions with customers and assistance in various in‑center services.

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus
