  • Regulatory Officer Grade 5 – Salary from $113,579 to $116,981 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading
About the Role

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you'll lead a team delivering compliance, investigation, enforcement and education activities that support responsible hunting and the sustainable management of natural resources across NSW. Working in a dynamic field-based environment, you'll plan and oversee compliance operations, guide complex investigations, build relationships with stakeholders and partner agencies, and help drive a strong culture of regulatory excellence. This is an opportunity to combine people leadership with hands-on operational work while contributing to positive conservation and community outcomes.

  • Experience leading teams in compliance, regulatory or related environments.
  • Strong investigation and evidence-gathering skills to support enforcement outcomes.

  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills in a changing work environment.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and provide practical regulatory advice.
