• Two years of college or technical school OR three to five years of experience directly related to data entry/management OR an equivalent combination of training/experience.
• Possess a general knowledge of computers, computer commands, peripherals, various operating systems and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Must be willing to obtain bus driver license.

• Maintains and utilizes the computerized student information system.
• Prepares/summarizes/analyzes information for standard/statistical reports as needed by system administrators and SDPI.
• Prepares and/or maintains computer records of student attendance, late-arrival forms, creates “tardy” lists, check-out forms, and “early leave” lists.
• Provides the files to be used in school accountability (ABC’s).
• Maintains student demographic, scheduling, and grading information.
• Maintains records of student suspensions, withdrawals from school, transfers between schools.
• Provides information and/or training to school staff on the use of the student information system and application of data from the system.
• Attends conferences and classes to develop and maintain knowledge of database management and the student information system.
• Any other duties assigned by the principal.

Pay Grade 61, Regular State Benefits.

Full‑Time position. Salary: $15.14 to $24.69 per hour.
