Branch Banking

North Carolina – Eden (NC – Eden WM‑0810)

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and conduct account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Full‑time.

• No.

• Little to no overnight travel expected; occasional business need may require covering nearby branch locations up to 45 miles.

• Conditions include standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
