Nestle - - Responsibilities:
Manage routine microbiological evaluations of the factory production environment and processing systems;
Lead the factory in ensuring that all quality operations aspects are in place and high functioning including verification activities, documentation, and recordkeeping;
Oversee factory Pathogen Monitoring Program;
Interact extensively with the operations group and influence, coach, and train all other factory personnel with regards to QA requirements and expectations;
Responsible for the proper use, maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of lab equipment
