Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising for major retailers and brands. In this retail operations role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, and continuity coverage to ensure products are properly stocked, signed, and presented. You'll conduct audits, follow detailed project instructions, and collaborate with store staff and team members. Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and modular layouts to merchandise products accurately on shelves and displays
• Perform resets, remodels, and new store sets according to project instructions and timelines
• Conduct on-shelf availability checks, audits, and inventory-related tasks
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly signed product sections to company and retailer standards
• Use handheld devices, apps, or reporting tools to capture data, photos, and project completion details
• Follow all safety, store, and company policies while working in active retail environments
• Communicate effectively with store management, SAS leads, and team members on project status
• Travel between assigned stores within the territory as scheduled
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics for each project or visit
• Participate in training to learn merchandising standards, planogram reading, and new processes
