Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and staff by following access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in support of security-related operations at the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the sales floor, common areas, receiving areas, and perimeter;
Communicate with store leadership and/or Allied Universal personnel regarding unusual activity, policy violations, and access-related concerns to help support daily operations
