Village Caregiving - Rapid City is seeking a compassionate and reliable In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional care to clients in Edgemont, SD. This role involves supporting individuals with daily tasks to enhance their quality of life while fostering a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely as needed.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and management.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and their families.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings as applicable.

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00 DOE paid semi-monthly.
